The Social Changes and Impact of these changes on the people
A SOCIETY IS DYNAMIC IN NATURE
Dynamic basically refers to the ability to be changeable or adaptability to external force or conditions. As such, we can deduce that a society is susceptible to changes that occur around it which can result in a partial or entire overhaul of cultural norms, morals and values they follow. Examples of such social changes include: technological changes, urbanization, conflict and competition, bureaucratization, modernization and political and legal power.
First off, there has been an immense development in technology when a comparison of the 19th and 20th Century is done. Nowadays, most tasks are being carried out by machines in place of manpower. In the early 1900s, people used to build houses using handymen exclusively. From stone carving to erection of towers, all these activities were carried out by groups of people called masons. Fast forward to 2015 and you will realize there has been a major leap from carrying out those tasks by handy men to using cranes and tractors to build skyscrapers and high-rises in major cities. The change in technology has no doubt changed the way people do things with work being considerably eased and access to information becoming seamless.
